Political Activism Increasing in High Schools
A new NACAC survey of over 2,000 high school counselors reveals that student activism is on the rise at 52% of US secondary schools. 35% of respondents also reported a sense of disillusionment among students, while 21.1% said the political climate was causing students to pay more attention to colleges’ political leanings.
