Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years?

When you’re faced with a tough professional challenge, who/what/where do you look for guidance?
KW: My manager. He has great confidence in me and my abilities, and hasn’t steered me wrong.
What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
KW: To have more confidence and assertiveness in areas that I am skilled in. And to trust people’s perceptions of my strengths.

KW: Proposing a Knowledge Manager position before it was a position at Liaison.
Who are your favorite women in history, women who inspire/empower you?
