I’m a firm believer that micromanagement can stifle creativity, so I empower my team members to take ownership of their projects, make decisions, make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes. Ultimately, I know their diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives lead to more innovative ideas.
When I first started at Liaison in 2018, I was a Junior Account Manager on the EMP team, assisting with a portfolio of clients. I had no knowledge of higher education, but I knew I liked marketing strategy and campaign ideation. From there, I moved on to being an Account Manager and then a Client Success Manager with my own portfolio of clients and a Junior Account Manager. After three years on the EMP team, I moved to the Marketing Team and have been here since!
